RETURN OF GOODS
Unless Customer shall, within 48 hours after delivery, inspect the Products and notify FancyDressTOGO, in writing, of any defects found, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted on delivery. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods for whatever reason, they can be returned within 7 days of receipt for replacement, refund or gift certificate. Goods must be returned in the condition received. Damages, faulty goods, or loss/shortage in transit must be notified to FancyDressTOGO within seven days of receipt or expected receipt of order, and if the fault was due to FancyDressTOGO or it's suppliers, FancyDressTOGO will also reimburse the customer any reasonable costs in returning the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLATION
The customer may cancel their order either by our online Contact Us form or by calling 01268 769000. If the order has already been dispatched, then you will need to return the products to FancyDressTOGO within 7 days of receipt of goods in the condition received. The customer must follow the procedure detailed in clause 10 for return of goods. Refund of the order will be made within 2 working days of receiving your cancellation, or within 2 working days of receipt of returned goods at FancyDressTOGO in cases where the order has already been dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
